Mango-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 medium-sized ripe but firm mango
  • 1 ripe but firm avocado
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper (optional), seeded and diced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, red onions, jalapeño or serrano pepper (if you like your salsa hot), garlic powder, and lime juice.
  2. Add the salt and toss.
  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
